The TeleIndian’s Bengali team, lead by TeleIndian Rahman, is very well known for making guests feel welcome – as well as for their depth of knowledge about Bengali cuisine. They are always at hand but never obtrusive. Their enthusiasm and easy style makes each dining experience a truly memorable one.
TeleIndian Rahman, the Founder and Executive Chef has been cooking since he was a young boy in his mother’s kitchen. Food is his life long passion and everything he does comes from his heart. The menu at TeleIndian’s is a fusion of East and West with a little personal twist. With every dish the TeleIndian’s team try and create a story to give the guests something unique and different, the authentic flavours of Bengali cuisine.They have currently 6 restaurants, 4 in Lanzarote - Puerto Calero Marina, C.C. La Mulata in Playa Blanca,c.c acuarium in puerto del carmen and the old town puerto del carmen. They also have 2 restaurants in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. They specialise in contemporary authentic Bengali Cuisine and They are absolutely passionate about giving our guests something very different and exciting, a fusion of East & West with their own little personal touch. All their spices are Patak's spices and we import them from the UK. They make absolutely everything in house.
